Evidence state · updated 2026-10-19

Engineering status without the green-light fallacy.

A passing test proves only the claim it exercised. This page keeps local regression, synthetic public ingress, provider configuration and real-call evidence in separate layers.

Current boundaryAn authorized test number is configured for the short-lived AI-only inbound path. Zero real calls were observed at configuration handoff. The first owner-initiated call remains pending.

Observed

Evidence we currently have

  • 467 of 467 full VoiceDesk regression checks passed on 2026-10-18.
  • 89 of 89 focused AI-only inbound, telephony, receipt, privacy, speech-bridge, Google-adapter and launcher checks passed on 2026-10-19.
  • A public synthetic Quick Tunnel witness exercised HTTPS, WSS and callback route shapes without Twilio traffic.
  • Invalid HTTP and WSS signatures were refused before creating product rows.
  • Recording is disabled, raw-audio retention is zero days, partial transcript storage is disabled, and sensitive transcript/DTMF redaction is enabled for the first-call policy.
  • The authorized test number's Voice Webhook and parent Status Callback were saved and reloaded with POST methods; zero Call, Contact, Media and Provider Operation rows existed at handoff.

Validating

What the next real call must establish

  • Twilio reaches the current signed inbound endpoint and the test number rings through.
  • The caller hears the AI disclosure and at least one understandable VoiceDesk reply.
  • Inbound and outbound audio, ASR final, TTS first audio and provider callbacks are all observed in one terminal call graph.
  • No provider operation or business action executes during the conversation-only test.
  • The temporary webhook values are restored or cleared before the short-lived tunnel is stopped.

Not measured

Claims this Preview does not make

  • Production readiness, uptime, SLA, failover or disaster recovery.
  • Taiwan Mandarin accuracy across accents, noise, devices or representative callers.
  • Long-call continuity, production latency, carrier portability or operating cost.
  • Real browser, SIP or external-phone human media takeover.
  • Production OIDC, tenant rollout, customer database integration or representative pilot results.

Public-site boundary

This page is not connected to the call runtime.

The product-site walkthrough is client-side only. It has no microphone permission, form endpoint, analytics, runtime API or connection to the owner-local VoiceDesk process. Its purpose is to explain the architecture without creating a fake live demo.

Machine-readable status is available in the public manifest. The corporate product overview remains at EVEMISS Technology.
